Data deletion

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

Email [contact email to be added before publication] with the subject “Delete my data”, and tell us where we would have it: for example, your Instagram username if you commented on or messaged our account.

What happens next

1. We confirm we received your request within seven days.
2. We delete what we hold within thirty days, and tell you when it is done.
3. If the law requires us to keep something, we tell you what and why.

Instagram data

We keep comments, messages and mentions from Instagram for at most 90 days in any case. You can also remove our access to anything you shared by deleting your comment or message on Instagram.
